on the first bullett point it says the word 'gentle' this would appeal to children because of the fear that could be associated with dentists- using 'gentle' would most likely make  that fear less obvious, this could also be shown when it says 'video games for kids'- this would make children more excited to go to the dentist rather than scared. 'gentle' would also appeal to parents because its nice to know that your children are in good hands and will be looked after and treated nicely.

the advertisement makes it clear that this dentist is suitable for all children, as it says 'special needs  patients welcome' and also 'baby bottle decay'.  these two points will  make parents feel more at ease whatever 'type' of  child  they  have.
